I’m building ScaleOrKill, a tool that analyzes a startup across market, demand, competition, distribution, monetization and retention, then outputs a verdict like Scale, Refocus, Pivot or Kill.

We recently tested it on OpenClaw, an AI infrastructure startup, and it scored as SCALE.

I’m curious about something before pushing this further: would founders or investors actually find a verdict-based startup analysis tool useful, or would this feel too opinionated?
